2024 is winding down, and our team here at Pretty Neat we have so much to be thankful for. We are so thankful for our clients and the opportunity we have to serve each one of them, everyday. It gives us purpose, and we are so glad we get to serve others through home organization. It has been another full year of growth, new and past clients, and great memories.

Celebrating 7 Years in Business
One milestone in 2024 that we are closing in on our 7th anniversary. SEVEN years in business! We can’t believe it. There are so many stories and so many clients that we have been able to help and the best thing is that each year we have grown as a business, grown in knowledge, and helped more clients. We are looking forward to more of the same in 2025.
Navigating Challenges
2024 also presented challenges, as any year does. A couple of team members experienced medical issues that impacted scheduling and logistics as a business. However, we were able to work through these as a team and never missed a beat.
It really showed that our client processes, team training, and systems we established long ago, held up. We were able to serve clients with excellent customer service throughout these challenges.
Our Vision for 2025
In 2025, we have high goals and plans to continue delivering the best client care, the best communication, and the best follow-through for every client. We hope to continue to grow and continue to bless others through home organization.
