I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Pretty Neat! Adura and Katie were absolute lifesavers in transforming my spare bedroom into a beautifully organized closet. From start to finish, their kindness and professionalism made the entire process feel effortless. They were so thoughtful and empathetic as we went through my clothes and belongings, which made the whole process enjoyable rather than overwhelming. Thanks to their incredible work, I now have a closet where everything is clearly visible and clutter-free. The system they implemented is not only efficient but also easy to maintain. I’m beyond grateful to these two ladies for creating a space that’s both functional and tidy. I can't recommend this company enough. I'm blessed to be gifted a package from my mother in law! Audra is absolutely wonderful to talk to. I loved all the ideas she recommended. Pretty Neat worked with my mom, Barbara, and she hasn't gone back to her old ways! It has been almost a year and mom is using her spaces as they are intended. I think the clear labeling has really helped her. There have only been a couple of times she has asked me to help her find something and, each time, I have been able to find it really quickly. I even told my Aunt when she was planning a visit, I said, "You know, you can stay at mom's now, it's not messy anymore-- there is even a guest room ready for you." She was speechless for a minute there! Their approach is flexible and kind, they are very respectful of the person's things and wishes. They help you see how your goals for your space can be met by managing your stuff. Of course willingness to try is important but the women who work here are very experienced at making it a pleasant experience for the person cleaning out. What a tremendous group of ladies, they took such good care of unpacking my things from the move, they took out all of the cardboard, that the movers were supposed to, and cared for my things like they were there own. They instantly gained my trust and I had no doubt whatsoever that they were trustworthy. Wow, what a great experience, and the price was phenomenal too.
